Terms of service

PokeOne Marketplace is a fan-made, unofficial marketplace for the MMORPG PokéOne. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the PokéOne developers, Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokemon Company. The platform helps players coordinate trades. We do not execute, escrow, or guarantee any in-game trade.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site, or 16 if you live in the European Economic Area (per GDPR Article 8). You must also comply with PokéOne's own Terms of Service and End User License Agreement at all times while using this site.

By using this site you agree to abide by PokéOne's Terms of Service and EULA. This site does not condone any activity that violates them. If PokéOne forbids the use of third-party trading platforms or any specific trading activity, do not use this site for those activities. The responsibility for compliance with the PokéOne EULA rests with you, the user.

The platform forbids two activities without exception:

• No in-game currency listings. You may not list, sell, or offer PokeDollars or any other in-game currency.
• No real-money trading (RMT). You may not buy or sell in-game assets for real-world money. All trades happen in-game between users.

Violation results in listing takedown and account suspension. Repeat offenses lead to a permanent ban.

Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account. In-game username verification is required for trader ratings and trust badges. Do not share your account or impersonate another player.

Listings, reviews, chat messages, and screenshots you submit remain yours. By posting them you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and serve them as part of the marketplace. We may remove any content that violates these terms or the PokéOne EULA.

The platform is a coordination layer only. Trades happen in-game between users. We do not escrow assets, we do not guarantee delivery, and we are not responsible for scams, losses, or disputes arising from in-game activity. You trade at your own risk. Use the rating system and the verified-trader signals to protect yourself.

Do not harass other users, spam, impersonate anyone, scrape the site with automated tools, or list items obtained through exploits, hacks, or any form of cheating. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that engage in these behaviors.

Pokemon, PokéOne, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners (Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokemon Company, and the PokéOne developers). Sprites, species data, and item names shown on this site are reproduced for reference purposes only. We claim no rights over PokéOne, Pokemon, or any related assets.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page or by contacting an admin. Soft-deleted accounts and their associated personal data are removed within 30 days.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of zero or any fees you paid to us in the past 12 months. The platform is currently free to use, so this amount is zero.

We ask all users to attempt good faith communication first. Reports about other users or listings should go through /admin/reports. Any legal disputes related to these terms or the service are governed by the laws of Germany [Operator location: Germany - the operator can confirm and update this jurisdiction].

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
