Our commitment

This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance and aligns with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), applicable from 2025. Accessibility is treated as a baseline requirement, not an optional enhancement.

What we do

To meet WCAG 2.2 AA, the site is built with the following practices:

  • A "Skip to content" link on every page so keyboard and screen reader users can bypass repeated navigation
  • Semantic HTML5 landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) for predictable page structure
  • Keyboard navigation throughout, with visible focus indicators on every interactive element
  • Color contrast meeting AA contrast ratios for normal and large text
  • Screen reader friendly markup with aria labels, alt text on images, and role attributes where they add meaning
  • Responsive layouts that respect 200% zoom without loss of content or function
  • No auto-playing media. Motion respects the user'sprefers-reduced-motion setting

Known limitations

Some known limitations remain:

  • User-uploaded screenshots may lack rich alt text. We describe the kind of screenshot (Info, Moves, IVs, EVs) and the species name where possible, but the in-game image content itself is not always machine-readable.
  • Some bot-prevention flows may need accessible alternatives. Contact us if you hit a barrier here and we will provide an alternate path.

  • Latest stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
  • NVDA on Windows
  • VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
  • TalkBack on Android

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@pokeonemarketplace.com with the page URL, what you tried, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to fix critical accessibility issues within 14 days and acknowledge every report within 5 working days.
